1 - What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order item is an item that we do not currently have in our warehouse and will take slightly longer to be shipped. These products are typically readily available to us. Estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page.

2 - When will I receive my Pre-Order

Estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page. We strive to fulfill pre-orders as quickly as possible, but please note that these dates are estimates and may be subject to change. You will be notified via email with any updates.

3 - Can I combine a pre-order with in-stock items in one order?

Yes, you can. However, please note that in-stock items will ship immediately, and your pre-order will be shipped separately.

4 - Which shipping service do you use?

We ship all our orders through An Post, Ireland’s leading postal service, ensuring fast and reliable delivery to your doorstep.

5 - How quickly will my order be processed?

All orders placed before 3pm on a business day are processed and shipped out the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

6 - How long does delivery take?

Domestic (within Ireland): Typically, 1–3 business days.

International: Delivery times vary by country. Please allow 5–10 business days for international deliveries.

7 - Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on your location. You can view the shipping options and costs at checkout.

8 - Where is your Click and Collect option?

During the checkout stage of your purchase there will be an option for home delivery or to click and collect. We are excited to announce our click and collect store is located in the vinyl record store above Wilfs Clothing store Mullingar. Here we also have a small Pop up shop where you can purchase strings, cables and accessories. Our physical shop has closed after 55 years of business! We appreciate all of the continued support with this transition to a complete online existence. We have a small Pop up shop where you can purchase strings, cables and accessories. 11 - What is your return policy?

Timeframe for Returns:

You can return any unwanted items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

How to Return an Item:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@rochforts.ie with your order details, and we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Please note that unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of return postage will be the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are excluded from our general return policy for hygiene reasons (e.g., Wind Instruments) unless they are faulty.

Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process the refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

Your Statutory Rights

Please note that this return policy does not affect your statutory rights under Irish law. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if the goods you receive are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. If your item is faulty or defective, you are entitled to a full refund (including shipping costs), repair, or replacement.
