Timeframe for Returns:
You can return any unwanted items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
How to Return an Item:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@rochforts.ie with your order details, and we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Please note that unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of return postage will be the customer’s responsibility.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are excluded from our general return policy for hygiene reasons (e.g., Wind Instruments) unless they are faulty.
Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process the refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.
Your Statutory Rights
Please note that this return policy does not affect your statutory rights under Irish law. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if the goods you receive are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. If your item is faulty or defective, you are entitled to a full refund (including shipping costs), repair, or replacement.
